Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders received by 2 pm on the same working day.

Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays across the UK
Items for more than £30.00 Free Standard delivery
Carriage charges are for MAINLAND UK only
and exclude Scottish Highlands,

all isles and Northern Ireland.
If there are any discrepancies upon receipt of your item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.
Returns
If for any reason you are not pleased with the product/s you have received, then return them to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please make sure the item is returned to us in the same condition you have received it. We require written confirmation by e-mail to [email protected] before returning the item/s.

Our Terms of Business
Prices
We offer goods for sale through our website www.e-drill.co.uk. Our prices vary from time to time.
VAT
The prices we quote always include VAT at the applicable rate.
Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on a payment with order basis. Your payment is due to us when we dispatch your goods and is accepted by most credit/debit cards and STRIPE. We will only accept your order if it is accompanied by payment in full. We accept the following payments through our website: Visa/MasterCard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Dispatch
We normally dispatch your items on the same working day, provided that your order is received by us before 2pm.
Delivery
We will deliver your order to any UK Mainland address. Our standard delivery uses Royal Mail and in most cases you will receive your goods in two to three working days, including orders with subtotal above £30.00 where free delivery applies. If you live off the beaten track or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. Availability of these depends on where you are and in some cases the time of day.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time until we dispatch it. Your order will be packed and dispatched in a very short period so if you wish to cancel you should do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or call 01708401627 and we will confirm that it has been possible.
Product Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock so that we never run out. However, on occasions we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we will notify you immediately whereby you may instruct us what you would like us to do. If you have opted for a premium delivery option, or we are expecting a longer delay we will use the information you have provided with your order to keep you informed of progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order to [email protected].
Force major Circumstances
Where things out of our control interfere in our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. We shall have no liability to you for any failure, which is due to such unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Business is intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem, you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our Guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.
Law
These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.
